Emirates Specialty Hospital: A Comprehensive Hospital with Advanced Medical Services
Global Medical Expansion.
The Global Medical Expansion I am working on combines diabetes research originating in Japan, 5-ALA, Biozipcode™ technology, pre-disease (me-byo) care, data analysis, and overseas medical networks to build a medical model that can be used in the real world internationally.
At the center of this initiative are the “Treatment Center Aiming to Cure Diabetes” being planned in the UAE and a longevity-focused medical and healthcare platform built around pre-disease (me-byo).
Rather than simply prescribing medication after diabetes develops, the aim is to identify small changes before disease emerges.
Continuously monitor changes in physical condition and metabolism.
Connect people with specialists when needed.
Combine 5-ALA, lifestyle habits, testing, nutrition, exercise, and monitoring.
And, in the future, connect these efforts to research aimed at developing a fundamental treatment for diabetes.
This is the direction I envision for Global Medical Expansion.
The Medical Model We Aim to Build in the UAE.
A Region Open to Medical Tourism and Wellness
The UAE, and Dubai in particular, is a hub for medicine, tourism, investment, technology, and international business. People gather there from around the world, and interest in medical tourism, wellness, and longevity is very high.
At the same time, diabetes, obesity, and lifestyle-related diseases are major social challenges for the UAE. Although many people, including high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, family offices, expatriates, and medical tourism users, have a strong interest in health management, systems for continuously monitoring diabetes and pre-disease (me-byo) conditions are still not fully established.
For this reason, we are aiming to create not merely a clinic in the UAE, but a center that provides integrated support from pre-disease (me-byo) through treatment and post-treatment follow-up.
It will be a place that does not view diabetes simply as a “blood sugar disease”, but instead looks comprehensively at metabolism, mitochondria, stem cells, inflammation, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, diet, exercise, and data.

A Treatment Center Aiming to Cure Diabetes
Diabetes has long been treated as a disease of managing blood glucose levels. Of course, stabilizing blood glucose is extremely important. However, the research we are involved in also focuses on the abnormal cellular states behind blood glucose changes and the mechanisms that interfere with the body’s ability to regenerate.
The treatment center planned in the UAE is envisioned as a hub for research, clinical collaboration, and medical services that combines Biozipcode Group’s research aimed at developing a fundamental treatment for diabetes with 5-ALA, biomarkers, lifestyle improvement, physician evaluation, and continuous monitoring.
At the UAE treatment center, the first step would be to understand diabetes and pre-disease (me-byo) conditions through precision testing and medical interviews. Physicians would then review blood glucose, metabolism, lifestyle habits, medical history, and current medications, and, where appropriate, combine 5-ALA, nutritional guidance, exercise, sleep support, stress management, and continuous monitoring.

Why pre-disease (me-byo) Comes First
The most important part of this concept is the stage before treatment.
People do not become ill all at once. Within the body, gradual changes occur in blood glucose, weight, blood pressure, sleep, stress, inflammation, fatigue, gut environment, hormones, mitochondrial function, and other factors.
A state before a disease name has been given.
A state in which there are few subjective symptoms, but the body’s balance has begun to shift.
A state in which test values may be borderline, but lifestyle and metabolic risks are clearly present.
This type of stage is referred to here as “pre-disease (me-byo)”.
If we can detect changes at the pre-disease (me-byo) stage, improve lifestyle and metabolism, and connect people to medical care when needed, it can create significant value for both individuals and society compared with rushing to treat disease after it has already developed.
The center we are aiming to build in the UAE would not be a facility focused only on diabetes treatment. It would be a new medical and healthcare hub centered on pre-disease (me-byo), longevity, prevention, precision testing, and continuous management.

Advanced Precision pre-disease (me-byo) Health Screening
To detect pre-disease (me-byo), intuition and experience alone are not enough.
It is necessary to look at multiple types of information together, including blood tests, metabolic indicators, hormones, inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondria, gut environment, sleep, stress, autonomic nervous system activity, activity levels, diet, and lifestyle habits.
Advanced Precision pre-disease (me-byo) Health Screening does not aim simply to increase the number of test items. Its goal is to understand the body’s condition in a multidimensional way.
The process should not end with testing. Based on the results, the aim is to connect physicians, specialists, data systems, apps, and monitoring services, enabling individuals to understand their own condition and continue making improvements in daily life.
Especially in diabetes and lifestyle-related diseases, it is important not only to look at a single test result, but also to understand how the condition changes over time. The pre-disease (me-byo) health screening is positioned as the entry point for this process.
24/7/365 Monitoring
In managing pre-disease (me-byo) and diabetes, it is not enough to look only at the day someone visits a clinic.
Diet, sleep, exercise, stress, blood glucose fluctuations, and changes in physical condition all occur in daily life. That is why, in the UAE medical expansion, a 24/7/365 monitoring service is also an important theme.
In the future, the aim is to combine devices, apps, wearables, blood glucose-related data, lifestyle logs, medical interviews, and specialist reviews to create a system that continuously monitors changes in an individual’s condition.
Rather than responding only when abnormal values appear, the goal is to identify signs of pre-disease (me-byo) from daily changes, create opportunities for lifestyle improvement before the person notices the issue, and establish access to physicians and specialists when needed.
In a place like the UAE, where people from many nationalities gather and mobility is high, this kind of continuous health management system can have significant meaning.
5-ALA and pre-disease (me-byo) Care
5-ALA is an amino acid that also exists in the body and is known as a component related to mitochondria and energy metabolism. Research has also been conducted in Japan and overseas on its relationship with diabetes and blood glucose control.
In the UAE medical expansion, 5-ALA will not be presented as a “supplement that cures diabetes.” Instead, we will examine how it may be used within the broader context of pre-disease (me-byo), metabolic improvement, lifestyle habits, physician judgment, and research data.
The positioning of 5-ALA varies by country and purpose, including as a health food, supplement, pharmaceutical raw material, clinical research material, or medical-use substance. Therefore, when handling it in the UAE, it is necessary to proceed while confirming local regulations, import requirements, sales rules, advertising regulations, and whether it can be used in medical institutions.
In the context of pre-disease (me-byo) care, it is important not to present 5-ALA in isolation, but to handle it together with testing, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and continuous monitoring.
Connection with Biozipcode™ Technology
Biozipcode™ is a cell-targeting technology that aims to deliver drugs and diagnostic substances to specific cells.
Like a postal code in Japan, it aims to identify the characteristics of each cell and deliver the necessary substances to the necessary locations. In diabetes research, potential applications are being explored for abnormal stem cells, biomarkers, and cell-targeted therapies.
In the UAE treatment center concept, Biozipcode™ is not intended to be offered immediately as general medical care. Rather, it is positioned as a research-and-development-stage technology that may serve as a bridge toward future applications in diagnostics, drug discovery, DDS, cancer, diabetes cure, and pre-disease (me-byo) fields. At present, it does not guarantee efficacy or safety as an approved medical treatment, and verification is being advanced step by step through collaboration with universities, research institutions, medical institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
Medical Tourism and Longevity
The UAE is highly compatible with medical tourism and wellness retreats.
Care for diabetes and pre-disease (me-byo) cannot be completed through a single medical visit. Diet, sleep, exercise, stress, the stay environment, and continuous monitoring are all important. For this reason, in the UAE, we are considering a model that combines the treatment center with medical tourism, longevity, and retreats.
Receive precision testing during a short stay.
Improve diet and lifestyle habits during a medium-term stay.
Continue follow-up after returning home through apps and remote consultations.
Connect with specialists and partner medical institutions as needed.
By creating this kind of pathway, the UAE can be positioned not only as a place to receive treatment, but also as a base for reviewing one’s own health and living a longer, healthier life.
A Medical Network Connecting Japan, the UAE, and the United States
In Global Medical Expansion, building a network connecting Japan, the UAE, and the United States is also important.
Japan has the foundation for Biozipcode™, 5-ALA, university joint research, manufacturing, precision testing, and technology development. The UAE offers medical tourism, investors, international business, high-net-worth markets, and an entry point into the GCC market. The United States has major markets in medical research, clinical development, medical devices, digital health, and longevity.
The purpose of Global Medical Expansion is not to treat these elements separately, but to connect research, testing, treatment, pre-disease (me-byo) care, data, and business implementation.
In the pre-disease (me-byo) field, there are also concepts that combine universities, medical institutions, sensor technologies, apps, monitoring, clinic operations, and international conferences. The aim is not to build a standalone clinic, but a platform where research, business, and data circulate together.
How We Plan to Move Forward
The treatment center concept in the UAE is currently being advanced in stages.
First, as part of a pre-disease (me-byo) health screening and longevity program, we will design the structure for testing, lifestyle improvement, 5-ALA, monitoring, and specialist consultations. We will then confirm the details with local medical institutions, physicians, regulatory specialists, and relevant authorities such as the DHA, and examine the licenses and operating structure required for a medical facility.
After that, connections with diabetes research, biomarkers, Biozipcode™, 5-ALA, and clinical research will be advanced based on laws and regulations, ethics review, and physician judgment.
Rather than presenting it from the outset as a “facility that cures diabetes,” the most realistic approach, both medically and as a business, is to first focus on pre-disease (me-byo), precision testing, lifestyle improvement, and continuous management, and then gradually connect these efforts to diabetes fundamental treatment research that is still in the research and development stage.
My role here is not to provide medical care as a physician.
My role is to connect researchers, physicians, universities, medical institutions, technology companies, overseas partners, investors, Web3 businesses, and system development, and to organize the project into a form that can operate as a business.
Through Biozipcode Group, I am involved in research aimed at developing a fundamental treatment for diabetes, as well as the business implementation of cell-targeting technology, 5-ALA, biomarkers, and university joint research. In the UAE, I am working to build the foundation for social implementation of these research outcomes and technologies in the form of pre-disease (me-byo), longevity, medical tourism, and treatment centers.
Positioning of This Page
This page summarizes the relationship between the UAE treatment center concept aiming to cure diabetes, pre-disease (me-byo) health screening, longevity, 5-ALA, Biozipcode™, 24/7/365 monitoring services, and medical tourism.
The information presented here does not guarantee any specific therapeutic effect, safety, launch of medical services, regulatory approval, or business revenue.
Decisions regarding diabetes or any other disease should always be made in consultation with physicians or other medical professionals. Medical business development in the UAE is being pursued while confirming local medical regulations, facility licenses, physician licenses, pharmaceutical and advertising regulations, and personal data protection requirements.
