Message.
I have worked across fields that may appear different at first glance, including web, advertising, systems development, blockchain, AML, bioinformatics, and medical research.
However, to me, these are not separate activities. What they have in common is the question of how to turn new technology into a business and deliver it to society.
Research outcomes from universities and other institutions do not reach patients simply by being published as papers. Funding, intellectual property, joint research, systems, regulatory response, overseas expansion, and relationships of trust with the people who support them are all necessary.
To shape things that are not yet complete into forms that can be implemented in society.
That is Fumihisa Kojima’s current work.
